How do we get in touch?

We’re available by appointment only. Fill out our inquiry form and we’ll be in touch to schedule a complimentary consultation.

What can we expect at our complimentary consultation?

Consultations are scheduled either in person or over the phone. We’ll go over the details of your day; we’ll talk about your venue, what you want the vibe to feel like, what colors your in love with, and look at your inspiration photos or Pinterest board! It’s really our time to dream up the florals for your day! You’ll hear back from us with a customized mood board and proposal within a week of the consultation.

How early should we book florals?

As soon as possible! We book a limited amount of events each year, so once you have a confirmed date and venue, we will be able to book florals.

I love a specific flower, can you guarantee to use it?

We’re always willing to work with you on specific colors and flowers and want to provide you with floral designs you love! However, we cannot always guarantee a specific flower, due to seasonality. We have to remember that flowers are living plants and sometimes the crops don’t turn out for reasons out of our control (lookin’ at you Mother Nature!). Regardless though, we will always ensure that the vibe fits your aesthetic!

Can you create a mock up of my design?

Absolutely! We’re happy to create a mock up of your design prior to the event, for the retail listed on your quote. However, keep in mind that floral design is a form of art and not every one of our designs is 100% identical. We’ll do our best to provide you a mock up that gives the same vibe as the one you’ll receive at your event.

How early should we book florals?

As soon as possible! We book a limited amount of events each year, so once you have a confirmed date and venue, we will be able to book florals.

Do you offer rentals?

Yes, we do! We have a variety of vase rentals you can choose from. We are also open to working with vases you provide, if you find something else you love.

What’s the difference between A la Cart and Full Service Floral Design?

A la Cart services include your holdables & wearables (i.e. bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and floral crowns) and are offered in four curated color palettes! Full Service Design services are a custom design package that include your holdables & wearables, ceremony arch and aisle florals, center piece designs, and any other unique designs you may need.

Do you offer delivery and tear down?

A minimum order of $4,000 is required for delivery within a 25 mile radius of Cross Plains, WI. A minimum order of $6,000 is required for deliveries farther than 25 miles of Cross Plains, WI. Pick up from our home studio is always free. A la Cart services must be picked up at a scheduled time from our home studio in Cross Plains. We do not currently offer tear down. All vase rentals must be returned to our studio within 72 hours after the event.
